At HYGGEREST, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. That's why we offer free delivery to select countries within the European Union. We do not send outside EU.

We are lifting mattresses to maximum third floor level in Germany, Poland and France only, it is included in price. 

Delivery times for our products are clearly displayed beside each item. We understand that prompt delivery is important to you, which is why we base the estimated delivery time on the product with the longest delivery time in your order.

Once your product is ready to leave our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking code. This code allows you to track your shipment in real-time, giving you peace of mind and the ability to plan accordingly.

For the safe and secure transportation of your HYGGEREST products, we partner with trusted logistics companies such as Raben, Zadbano and Hermes.

Below you can see countries we deliver to:

Germany, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden.

In case your country is not on the list please feel free to contact us we will try to find another way to deliver our product to you.

Returns

Returns are on your cost and transportation choice.

Product need to be unused, free from dirt and moisture in original not destroyed package conditions otherwise wont be refund.

You have 14 days from the day when you have received our product to send it back to us.
