When I will get my order?

May I get my order on specific, exact date?

We follow avaliability of logistic company so there is no possibility to book delivery on exact date.

Can I change the order?

If you want to change than better cancel and create new. Please keep in mind that you need to do this within 24h from order creation.

Can I speed up my order?

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to do so before it is dispatched. In the event that you have already made payment for your order, please note that a refund will automatically be processed within 14 days after the cancellation has been received by the store. To proceed with cancelling your order, kindly navigate to the 'orders' section and select the 'cancel' option.

Yes, you have two years guarantee

May I return my order?

You have a window of 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. To initiate a return, simply click on the 'Report a return' button and follow the instructions provided. Please be aware that if you have ordered a futon with a fabric that is not offered in the configurator, it is not eligible for return. Please note that returns are only accepted from consumers and individual entrepreneurs who are making purchases for non-business reasons. We do not accept return of mattresses made of flax.

How much do I pay for return?

Up to you ;-) you pay all cost of return

When I will get my money back?

Once the quality control has been successfully passed, we will promptly issue a refund for your subscription access within a timeframe of 14 days, allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method.

I am not happy about my order, how to complain?

In your account, navigate to your orders. Locate the Submit Complaint button. Complete the provided form and await communication from our team.
